How long do they last?

Eyelash extensions last longer than you think. We recommend you come back every 2-3 weeks for a fill

Can I wear makeup with them?

Yes! If you can't stand the thought of ditching your eyeshadow, don't worry. Less is best, and ensure you use oil-free makeup remover. We recommend not applying mascara.

What if I get an allergic reaction?

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be provided prior to the appointment, simply phone or email us with this request. Please note, refunds are not processed due to an allergic reaction, however, we would be happy to remove the lashes free of charge at your earliest convenience.

Pre Care

• Arrive with clean lashes. If you are coming straight from work your tech can provide you with face wipes.

• Avoid wearing sunscreen, eye creams or any other moisturizers that might prevent the under eye gel pad from adhering to your skin.

• Ensure you have not had any other services such as lash lifts 4-6 weeks prior to your appointment.

• Use the restroom before your appointment.

Post Care

• Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after application.

• Brush lashes with lash wand everyday.

• Do not use mascara.

• Try to avoid sleeping on your face or touching your new lashes.
